This website, www.mytwinklingstars.com (the “Website”), is owned and operated by Gopay Yarns Pvt Ltd (“My Twinkling Stars”, “we”, “us”, “our”), having its registered office at 77 Milestone Rhs, Grand Trunk Rd, opposite Delhi Public School, Panipat, Karhans, Haryana 132101, India.

By accessing or using this Website, or by placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this Website.

1. About us and our products

My Twinkling Stars designs and handcrafts engineered wood night lamps, decor pieces and keepsakes for children’s rooms at our workshop in Haryana, India. Each piece is hand-finished, and because of this, small variations in paint texture and colour are natural and are part of the product’s handcrafted character, not defects.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to make a purchase on this Website. If you are under 18, you may use the Website only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Account and accuracy of information

You may browse and purchase as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information (including delivery address and phone number) when placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect information supplied by you.

4. Products, pricing and availability

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices, product specifications and availability may change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time you place the order.
  • Product images are for illustration. Actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and the hand-painted nature of our products.
  • We make every effort to keep product information accurate, but in the event of a pricing or description error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in full.

5. Orders and acceptance

  • Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only when we send you an order confirmation by email.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inability to deliver to your location. In such cases, any payment made will be refunded in full.
  • Many of our products are made to order. Processing times are stated on each product page and in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

6. Personalised products

Some products can be personalised (for example, with your child’s name). Please check spelling and details carefully before confirming. We produce personalised items exactly as entered by you. Personalised items cannot be cancelled once production has started and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

7. Payments

  • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay and other payment partners available at checkout. We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, wallets and other methods shown at checkout.
  • We do not store your card or bank details. All payment data is handled by the payment gateway in accordance with their security standards (PCI-DSS).
  • Your order will be processed only after successful payment confirmation. If a payment fails or is pending, the order will not be confirmed.

8. Shipping and delivery

9. Returns, refunds and cancellations

10. Product safety and proper use

Our lamps are low-voltage LED products powered by a USB cable. Please note:

  • Our products are decorative night lamps and are not toys. They should be installed and operated by an adult and placed out of a young child’s reach.
  • Keep the USB cable, adapter and remote control (including its battery) away from children.
  • Use only with a standard 5V USB power source. Do not use with damaged cables or in wet conditions.
  • Do not attempt to open, modify or repair the electrical components. Doing so voids any warranty.
  • Clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth only. Do not use solvents or immerse in water.

We are not liable for damage or injury resulting from misuse, improper installation, or use contrary to the instructions provided.

11. Warranty

The LED module and remote control are covered against manufacturing defects for [6 / 12] months from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, normal wear, or damage from misuse. To claim, contact us at support@mytwinklingstars.com with your order number, photos and a description of the issue.

12. Intellectual property

All content on this Website — including product designs, photographs, videos, illustrations, logos, text and the “My Twinkling Stars” name — is the property of [Legal entity name] and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws. Our lamp designs are original creations. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit any content or design without our written permission.

13. User content

If you submit reviews, photos or comments (including on social media using our tags), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use and display that content for marketing purposes. You confirm that you own the content and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights. You must not post content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading or infringing.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid by you for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

15. Third-party links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites (including payment gateways and social media). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those sites.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order will apply to that order. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Panipat, Haryana, India.
